The Forest Plantation Project by Halwitigala Tea Factory and John Keells PLC

Halwitigala Tea Factory, in collaboration with John Keells PLC, has successfully conducted the Forest Plantation Project on the 13th of December 2024. Our team and local villagers planted 700 Mahogany trees on this day. This tree-planting initiative plays a vital role in mitigating the effects of climate change and represents a significant step toward a greener world as part of our ESG responsibility goals.
